Soft tissue lasers have become a significant adjunct to orthodontic treatment. Conditions such as excessive gingival overgrowth, uneven gingival (gums) margins, unerupted teeth and relief from pain from various forms of ulcers can be easily treated with a soft tissue laser system. Our office uses a combination anesthetic gel to anesthetize the treatment area. No needles decreases the apprehension of the patient and the post operative recovery usually does not require any analgesics.
